Darron Arturo-Jose Trevino, 24, passed away unexpectedly on June 19, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, faith, and service. Born on July 26, 2001, in Port Huron, Michigan, he was the cherished son of Jose and Teresa Trevino and a beloved brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. Throughout his life, Darron was known for his determination, kindness, and commitment to excellence. A graduate of Port Huron High School, he distinguished himself both academically and athletically, earning the honor of Homecoming King.
He later attended Ferris State University, where he graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Darron began his career with Corewell Health as a Registered Nurse in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. His dedication to patient care and leadership abilities quickly earned him recognition, including Rookie of the Year and Nursing Team Member of the Month honors. Within a year, he advanced to the role of Charge Nurse.
Beyond his profession, Darron embraced life with enthusiasm. He enjoyed fitness, travel, anime, and spending quality time with family and friends. His close bond with his siblings, loving relationship with his girlfriend, Brenda Calmo, and unwavering devotion to his family were among the greatest joys of his life.
Remembered for his infectious smile, generosity, honesty, and Christian faith, Darron touched countless lives through his kindness and encouragement.
